# Polynt-Reichhold to repurchase Investindustrial's shares; Black Diamond to become controlling shareholder

Speciality Chemicals International Limited, the holding company of Polynt-Reichhold, has agreed to repurchase Investindustrial's shares. Following the transaction, Black Diamond Capital Management will become the controlling shareholder. The deal is valued at approximately EUR 1.3 billion in new debt facilities and is expected to close within six months.
