# Iberdrola and 50Hertz sign agreement for Baltic Eagle offshore substation

Iberdrola and transmission operator 50Hertz signed a construction agreement for the offshore substation of the Baltic Eagle wind farm in the German Baltic Sea. Iberdrola also awarded contracts to Iemants-Fabricom for manufacturing and Heerema for installation. Sail-out is planned for 2022, with completion expected in 2023.
