# EU clears Aurubis and TSR joint venture Cablo GmbH for cable recycling

The European Commission cleared the planned joint venture between Aurubis AG and TSR Recycling GmbH & Co. KG, named Cablo GmbH, to unite cable dismantling activities in Fehrbellin and Gelsenkirchen. TSR will hold 60% and Aurubis 40%.
