# Knorr-Bremse expands Dalian plant with new investment in China

Knorr-Bremse is enlarging its Dalian plant in China with a new investment to meet booming demand. A new 23,000 m² plant on a 40,000 m² site will replace existing factories, integrating manufacturing, R&D and testing, and creating 300 new jobs. Groundbreaking is scheduled for June 2021, with start of production in December 2022.
