# Burckhardt Compression to acquire remaining 40% of Shenyang Yuanda Compressor

Burckhardt Compression signed a memorandum of understanding to buy the remaining 40% of Chinese compressor maker Shenyang Yuanda Compressor, which it has partly owned since 2016. It plans to exercise the call option in November 2020 and finance the deal with a Swiss bond.
