# All4Labels acquires Rotomet and GPS Label roll-fed business in Italy

All4Labels Global Packaging Group closed an agreement to acquire Rotomet, Italy's leading shrink sleeve supplier, and the roll-fed activities of GPS Label, which together have about €50 million turnover from two facilities in Schio, Italy.
