# SUEZ to acquire NWS Holdings' non-controlling stakes in Chinese operations for EUR 693 million

SUEZ signed agreements to acquire NWS Holdings Limited's non-controlling stakes in SUEZ NWS and Suyu, their common businesses in Greater China, for approximately EUR 693 million. Upon completion, SUEZ will hold 100% of both entities. The transactions are expected to close by the end of Q1 2021.
