# UPB invests €11M in prefabricated concrete plant in Liepaja, Latvia

UPB announced on December 9, 2020, the start of construction of a new prefabricated concrete production facility in Liepaja, Latvia, with an investment of €11 million. The facility will include 4,900 m² of production space and 2,900 m² of warehouse, and is expected to create 50 new jobs, with operations starting in autumn 2021.
