# DHS and Fiat Automotive form joint venture for high-performance plastic couplings

DHS and Fiat Automotive signed an agreement to set up a 50/50 joint venture to manufacture couplings made of high-performance plastics for the automotive industry. The joint venture is expected to create more than 30 new jobs by 2025, subject to antitrust approval.
