# Ausnutria and Trivium build new can factory in Heerenveen

Ausnutria, together with Trivium Packaging, is building a new 10,000 m² can factory at its Heerenveen site, with an investment of approximately €175 million. The factory will be operational in early 2021 and will supply cans to Ausnutria's Heerenveen and Leeuwarden plants, with a capacity of over 150 million cans per year.
