# Bendix acquires full ownership of Bendix Spicer Foundation Brake JV from Dana

Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems acquired the 20% stake in the Bendix Spicer Foundation Brake joint venture held by Dana Incorporated, taking full ownership. The wheel-end business will be incorporated as a Center of Competency and renamed Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC effective January 1, 2021.
