Kurita Europe GmbH and AquaChemie DMCC have signed a strategic agreement to form a joint venture, Kurita AquaChemie, to serve the GCC region. The JV will operate two production plants in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, and Jebel Ali, Dubai, UAE, commissioned in H1 2020.
