# Sabanci to restructure white cement business via Netherlands holding company

Sabanci Holding will merge its white cement business into a new Netherlands-based company, Cimsa Sabanci Cement BV (CSC BV), in which Sabanci will hold 60% and its subsidiary Çimsa will hold 40%. Çimsa's international white cement subsidiaries and a 70% stake in Cimsa Adriatico will be transferred to CSC BV, and Cimsa Cementos Espana will acquire the Buñol plant.
