# INEOS signs 10-year wind power purchase agreement with ENGIE

INEOS has concluded a 10-year agreement with ENGIE to purchase 84 MW of renewable electricity from the Norther offshore windfarm in Belgium, starting January 1, 2021. The deal will reduce INEOS' carbon footprint by 1,150,000 tonnes of CO2.
