Petronas Chemicals Group and LG Chem signed an agreement to build a Nitrile Butadiene Latex (NBL) manufacturing plant at the Pengerang Integrated Complex in Johor, Malaysia. The plant will have an annual capacity of 200,000 tonnes, with construction starting in 2021 and production in 2023.
