# ZF begins production of ibeoNEXT LiDAR sensors for Ibeo

ZF Friedrichshafen has begun production of the ibeoNEXT solid-state LiDAR system for Ibeo Automotive Systems GmbH. First batches will be delivered from October 2020, with Great Wall Motor as a first customer for its premium SUV model 'Wey' starting in 2022.
