# Hamax and Ates Celik form joint venture to produce wind turbine equipment in İzmir

Japanese firm Hamax Co. Ltd. partnered with Turkish wind equipment manufacturer Ates Celik to form a joint venture, Hamax Europe, which will produce high-tension fasteners and bolts for wind turbines in Kemalpasa, İzmir, Türkiye. Operations will commence in January 2021 with production starting in April 2021.
