UMATEX, a Rosatom subsidiary, acquired 100% of Porcher Sovremennye Materialy (PSM), the Russian representative of French Porcher Industries, located in Kaluga region. The deal closed on July 6, 2020, with the amount undisclosed. PSM produces technical textiles from carbon and glass fiber.
