# Performax Pro acquires eVent fabrics brand from Parker Performance Materials

Effective June 30, 2020, Performax Pro Limited of Hong Kong assumed full ownership of the eVent fabrics brand from Parker Performance Materials for an undisclosed amount. Performax Pro set up eVent International LLC in Hong Kong and eVent Technology LLC in the U.S. to manage operations.
