# Poet and Sanan IC to form optoelectronics joint venture

Poet Technologies and Sanan IC have signed a non-binding letter of intent to form a joint venture to design, develop, manufacture and sell 100G, 200G and 400G optical engines, combining Poet's optical interposer platform with Sanan IC's lasers and photodiodes.
