# Sadas and Sei Sistemi merge to form Alsiter for industrial automation

Italian companies Sadas Group and Sei Sistemi have announced a plan to merge into a new organization called Alsiter – The automation mover, aiming to become a reference player in industrial automation and electrification. The merger will be finalized in the second half of 2020. Announced on 29 June 2020.
