Rosatom, Framatome and GE Steam Power signed a Memorandum of Understanding to participate in a tender to construct the Belene nuclear power plant in Bulgaria. Rosatom would be strategic investor, GE would deliver turbine-generator set, and Framatome would deliver I&C systems.
