# Turkmenistan awards contracts for two cement plant expansions

The President of Turkmenistan authorized contracts with Beýik-Bina Individual Enterprise and Türkmen Enjam Economic Society for the design and construction of second turns of cement plants in Baherden and Koytendag, each with capacity of 1 million tonnes per year. Construction starts July 2020 and completes December 2022.
