Titan-Polymer is completing construction of the main production building for BOPET film at its plant in the Moglino SEZ, Pskov region. The first phase includes two lines with capacity up to 72,000 tons per year, with the first line expected to launch by end of 2020. Investment so far is about RUB 3.8 billion.
