# Innovatec to add 1,500 t/yr nonwoven capacity with Oerlikon meltblown lines

Innovatec GmbH is installing two meltblown lines, one from Oerlikon Nonwoven, to produce an additional 1,500 tons of nonwoven per year, enabling production of over 1.5 billion protective masks. The investment is a double-digit million euro amount, partly funded by Germany's Federal Ministry of Economics.
