# Punch Powertrain and PSA form joint venture for hybrid transmissions

Punch Powertrain and Groupe PSA signed an agreement to form a second joint venture, Punch Powertrain PSA e-transmissions, to develop and supply DT22 dual-clutch transmissions for mild hybrid and plug-in hybrid vehicles. Punch Powertrain holds 61% stake; operations start in Q3 2020.
