Punch Powertrain, a Belgian unit of Chinese real estate developer Yinyi, and Groupe PSA plan to form a joint venture with registered capital of EUR180 million in Sint-Truiden, Belgium, to produce DT2 dual clutch transmissions for new energy vehicles. Punch will hold 61% and PSA 39%.
