# CR Cement, CITIC Holdings, CITIC Dicastal and Foxconn Industrial Internet form joint venture

China Resources Cement entered a joint venture agreement with CITIC Holdings, CITIC Dicastal and Foxconn Industrial Internet to create an intelligent manufacturing solution and digital platform for automotive parts, cement and construction materials. The joint venture will assist in building 'lighthouse factories' for CITIC Dicastal and China Resources Cement (Fengkai) Limited.
