DS Controls of Veliky Novgorod is moving from servicing pipeline valves to producing them at a site in Leninogorsk, Tatarstan, with opening planned for March-April 2020. The plant plans up to 300 valves per month and 100 new jobs, with expected revenue of about $20 million a year.
