# Kion Group expands production in Ostrov, Czech Republic

Kion Group is building a third production hall at its site in Ostrov, Czech Republic, with 25,000 square meters of space. The construction costs are 500 million CZK (18.52 million EUR), with an additional 300 million CZK (11.11 million EUR) for technology. The hall will be used to increase capacity for automatic transport systems and relocate production of a new reach truck type from Germany.
