# Hydro and Orkla to form Sapa aluminium solutions JV

Norsk Hydro and Orkla agreed to combine their profiles, building systems and tubing businesses into a 50-50 joint venture named Sapa, with annual revenues of around NOK 47 billion. Completion expected in H1 2013.
