Solvay and Shanghai 3F New Material agreed to establish a production joint venture in Changshu, China, for fluoromonomer TFE and PTFE polymers, with SH3F holding 80% and Solvay 20%. The TFE/PTFE plant is expected to be completed by Q1 2014.
