# HS Timber Group and Blue Minds to acquire Interfloat Corporation

HS Timber Group (80%) and Blue Minds (20%) signed a contract on 28 February 2020 to acquire Interfloat Group, including GMB Glasmanufaktur Brandenburg GmbH, a European solar glass producer with about 300 employees and EUR 45 million turnover in 2019. Closing is expected in Q2 2020, subject to regulatory approval.
