# Sewtec Automation to build new robotics facility in Wakefield, Yorkshire

Sewtec Automation has begun fitting out a new 75,000 sq ft robotics design and manufacturing facility at Silkwood Park in Wakefield, Yorkshire. The company signed a 15-year lease on the site, which is more than double the size of its current premises, and expects to create 70 additional jobs.
