Shanghai Hengjiu New Materials Co., Ltd. and US-based EG Company broke ground on a 1.69 billion yuan EG multi-fiber blended spunbond nonwoven material project in Zibo, Shandong, on February 19, 2020. The facility is EG's only production line in Asia and produces biodegradable materials for medical, industrial and civil use.
