Drosrite International entered into a fully signed contract with Radian to manufacture five DROSRITE 5,000 TPY systems and two 10,000 TPY systems for aluminum dross processing, plus spare parts over 20 years and an annual royalty stream. The down payment was revised to approximately $8M in four equal payments.
