# BIMobject forms joint venture with SCG/CPAC in Thailand

BIMobject has formed a joint venture with CPAC, a subsidiary of Thai conglomerate SCG, to provide BIM technology and platform services in Southeast Asia. BIMobject will own 49% and receive minimum USD 500,000 annually in license fees for five years. Operations are expected to start in Q2 2020.
