# Bostik acquires Danish construction chemicals company LIP

Arkema announced that its subsidiary Bostik has acquired LIP Bygningsartikler AS, a Danish leader in tile adhesives, waterproofing systems and floor preparation solutions. LIP reports sales of about €30 million and operates a carbon-neutral plant in Nørre Aaby, Denmark. Closing is expected early 2020.
