ADCURAM Group AG acquired a majority stake in the STEINEL Group, a sensor, sensor light, hot air tool and industrial components manufacturer based in Herzebrock-Clarholz, Germany. The transaction was completed at the end of November 2019. The seller, Ingo Steinel, retains a significant stake and remains managing director.
