New-Indy JV Corp., a joint venture of the Kraft Group and Schwarz Partners, acquired triPAQ, which makes custom corrugated packaging at plants in Cerritos, Santa Ana and Mexicali. 555 Capital Advisors was the exclusive financial advisor on the deal.
