# Mitsubishi-Hitachi Metals Machinery to acquire full control of Primetals Technologies

The Competition Commission of India approved the acquisition by Mitsubishi-Hitachi Metals Machinery (MHMM) of the remaining 49% stake in Primetals Technologies from Siemens AG. After the deal, MHI will own 100% of Primetals Technologies.
