Grupo Red Eléctrica and Grupo Energía Bogotá agreed to jointly acquire 100% of Argo Energía, a Brazilian high-voltage transmission company, for a EUR 382 million investment by Red Eléctrica. The deal includes three 30-year concession contracts covering 1,460 km of high-voltage circuits and 11 substations.
