PMC Group N.A. Inc. announced its European subsidiary will acquire Lanxess Organometallics GmbH's organotin specialties product line. The deal is expected to close by the end of 2019, and Lanxess will continue manufacturing certain products for PMC at its Bergkamen facility post-close.
