# Nippon Light Metal and ITOCHU Metals to establish joint venture in Georgia for auto aluminum parts

Nippon Light Metal North America and ITOCHU Metals agreed to form a joint venture, Nippon Light Metal Georgia Inc., in Adairsville, Georgia, to develop, manufacture and sell aluminum suspension components for automobiles. The JV will have a capital of $16 million, with NLMNA owning 90% and ITOCHU Metals 10%.
