Zeon Corporation has decided to expand production capacity of cycloolefin polymer (COP) at its Mizushima plant in Kurashiki, Okayama Prefecture, from 37,000 t/year to 41,600 t/year. Construction is planned to start in fiscal 2020 with completion targeted for July 2021.
