# Toyota Tsusho and Modumetal form joint venture ModuTAI

Toyota Tsusho America and Modumetal signed a non-binding MOU to form a joint venture called ModuTAI, which will build a new production facility in Houston, Texas, to produce NanoGalv nano-laminated alloy coatings for industrial fasteners.
