# Orsted and Sing Da Marine Structure complete first made-in-Taiwan transition piece mock-up

Orsted and Sing Da Marine Structure (SDMS) celebrated the completion of the first made-in-Taiwan transition piece mock-up, fabricated by SDMS in Kaohsiung, for jacket foundations for Orsted's Greater Changhua 1&2a projects. SDMS is extending its manufacturing facilities in Sing Da Harbour, with the new factory operational in Q1 2020.
