A four-party consortium including Toshiba ESS won an EPC contract from Van Phong Power Company Limited to build the 1,320 MW Van Phong 1 coal-fired power plant in Khánh Hòa Province, Vietnam. Toshiba ESS will supply steam turbines and generators.
