Bridgestone opened a new radial tire plant for construction and mining vehicles in Rayong, Thailand, operated by subsidiary Bridgestone Specialty Tire Manufacturing (Thailand). The plant has a production capacity of approximately 35 tons per day and is the first such plant in Asia outside Japan.
