# VinEnergo signs agreement with GE Vernova for Hai Phong LNG power plant turbines

VinEnergo has signed an agreement with GE Vernova to supply two 9HA.02 gas turbines and two H78 generators for the Hai Phong LNG-to-power plant in Vietnam, with phase 1 capacity of 1,600 MW. The plant is expected to begin operations by end of 2030.
